Shifts, offices, leave policy and salary are set by your company admin. They can fix most account issues straight away.
Privacy and grievances
See the grievance officer details, or delete your account.
Support hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM IST. When you write, include your company name, your phone model and the app version from Profile.

Common questions
I am inside the office but cannot punch in.
Turn on location and give Atpin precise location, then tap Refresh location on the punch sheet. Indoors, stepping near a window helps. If you were moved to another office, ask your admin to add it to your profile.
The app says my location looks fake.
Turn off any mock-location or GPS spoofing app and developer option, then try again. Punches with a mock location are rejected or flagged.
I forgot to punch out.
Open the day from Today or Attendance and request a correction with the time you left. Your manager approves it. Requests that are not sent in time can turn the day into absent or leave, as your company’s policy sets.
Why does Atpin want my location in the background?
Only for time away from the office while you are punched in, and only if you agreed. It stops when you punch out. You can turn it off in Profile, Location.
I cannot see My pay.
Your company may have hidden salary from employees, or you may need to unlock it with your phone lock or Atpin PIN.
I work for two companies.
Sign in with the same Google account. If both companies added you, Atpin shows a company switcher in Profile.
I am not getting notifications.
Allow notifications for Atpin in your phone settings, and check Notifications, Settings in the app. Some phones stop background apps to save battery; allow Atpin to run in the background.
How do I pair Atpin Desktop with my computer?
In the phone app open Profile, Computer monitoring, Pair a computer. Enter the 6-digit code in Atpin Desktop within 10 minutes.
I left my company. Can I still see my payslips?
Yes, read-only, for 90 days after your last working day.
For company admins
- Set up offices, geofence radius, shifts, holidays, leave types and people from the admin console. The setup checklist on Overview shows what is left.
- Add people one by one or import a CSV. They sign in with Google using the email you entered.
- Turn selfies on or off, choose whether employees see salary, and require an app lock for pay and documents in Settings.
- Computer monitoring settings, consent status and paired computers are under Monitoring.
- Invoices and plan details are in Settings, Billing.
